How to cancel your server plan

Login to the client area, click the following link: Client Area

Use the information that you signed up with.

After logging in open up a support or billing ticket and ask to cancel your plan. If you are cancelling the plan due to any issues let us know we are here 24/7 to help make sure everything is running the way it should for you!

**Please note, if you have a paypal subscription, you must cancel that yourself by logging into your paypal account.** Please follow the directions on our cancellation confirmation email or the steps below.

If you have a subscription payment plan through paypal, please ensure that you cancel the subscription in paypal, as we cannot stop your subscription. If you dont cancel the subscription, money can still be taken out. Here are the steps for doing so:

To cancel your own subscription or recurring payment:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
    Select My money.
In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
Note:
You can’t reactivate a recurring payment after you cancel it
Cancelling a payment doesn’t cancel your contract with the merchant. You need to pay the merchant for any goods or services you have already received.
