All plans are unlimited, if you don't have the option to change this open a support ticket and we can change the options for you.
Depending on the package you choose we suggest, our Gravel plan handles 5 players, Dirt plan handles 10 players, Wood plan up to 20, etc.
Please note that those numbers are not always 100% due to Updates in Minecraft over the years the game uses more and more ram we find.
