Obtaining Your Dedicated IP

To obtain your dedicated IP you must open a support ticket requesting activation.

If you would like a custom.mcho.us domain name to use open a ticket and request a custom name, we can setup this for you manually normally this takes a few hours to a few days depending on if any extra setup is needed on our end.
