*Note you must have permissions plugin installed for this.
1. Open your control panel
2. Click on your server
3. Click files (left side of screen)
4. Enter your password
5. Click login (this then brings up your files)
6. Click plugins
7. Click permissions
8. Click world {world name}
9. Click edit on the users.yml file
10. Copy the information in there and save it to a notepad (this is in case any issues occur)
11. Save the changes
12. Restart your server or if you are in your server type /reloadall or /reload all
